Robert Fortini, CFT and Collette Pulio, CFT, are experienced professionals in the fields of exercise physiology, kinesiology, diet, exercise program development, and the general fitness lifestyle.
Robert Fortini, CFT is the Owner and President of Paragon Fitness, a small personal training firm. He has ten years experience as a strength athlete and trainer of strength athletes, having competed in amateur, drug free power lifting meets. He has extensive knowledge of program development, dietary counseling, and cardio vascular training. He is a certified personal trainer through ISSA. In addition to his private business, he trains out of Dedham Strength & Fitness.
Collette Puleo, CFT is Vice President of Paragon Fitness. She has extensive knowledge of program development, cardio vascular training, and dietary counseling. She is certified through the AFPA. In addition to her work with Paragon Fitness, Collette trains out of Dedham Strength & Fitness.
