My experience of thirteen years service in the restaraunt and hospitality industry has driven me to develope a company that caters to the “Green Homes” of our community. Having worked with leading health food stores such as Chamberlin’s , Whole Foods Market, and Trader Joes has provided me with the knowledge and understanding of customer service and the demand for pure foods. Knowing we are what we eat helps us to access food’s invisible power to sustain, rejuvenate, and heal using it’s nourishment. I feel our society is challenged by America’s health system and it’s tangled web of disease, diet fads, and fast foods.
With the drive to help re-shape America, I have developed Eternal Balance Inc. and the concept of catering to help get the public healthy and happy. I aspire to educate and provide the power of food by implementing the healing secrets of our natures table, using abundant curiosity, integrative cooking, and the willingness to merge personal health goals with ancient food wisdom and the latest science. My studies and research include that of Herbalism, Auyerveda, and Alternative Medicine.

The Bill of Fare includes foods prepared using the freshest ingredients without the use of fillers, additives, preservatives, antibiotics, or hormones. Menu’s are designed with intense flavors from freshly grown herbs and seasoned with a variety of cooking styles. Myself and a handful of accomplished chefs are skilled in the art of Asian , Thai, Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, and All-American style cooking. Experienced diets include: Vegan, Vegetarian, Raw, Gluten-Free, Detox, Macrobiotic, Kosher, Low-Carb, High Protien, Weght Gain/Loss, and Carnivorous.
