Rumors of Food Shortages in the Air

By: Michael Phillips

Last year I began hearing rumors of food shortages but was not sure how much to believe these stories. At the same time, the Derry Brownfield radio show from Missouri occasionaly mentioned the growing shortages in the food supply as well.

Then in February, I found a short lived article with the headline "Middle Class May Be Subject To Food Rations, Warns UN," which can still be found in some remote corners of the web — just google the headline.

So when Tiffany wrote her article on Power Quinoa, I was very interested because it seemd that Quinoa would be a grain that I could not only store for a rainy day, but also use as a healthy new food. I encourage everyone to read Tiffany's article "Power Quinoa," an Ancient Seed with Miraculous Qualities.

Taking Care of Your Energetic Boundary

By: Yuliya Cohen

The notion of a boundary is very much culturally defined. The importance of maintaining appropriate personal boundaries is very much a part of American culture. As much as we are concerned with properly maintaining and respecting our own boundaries as well as those of others, most of us do not perceive a personal boundary as a concrete physical reality.
